Our pharmacy now delivers medication to your doorstep...
If you are a patient of Raffles Hospital on long-term medication, here is a piece of good news for you. We would like to introduce of Pharmacy Delivery Service. We will deliver medication to your doorstep upon your request.
With this new service, you can save time in collecting the medication. There is no longer need to make frequent trips to collect medication.
Using this service is a breeze all you need to do is to fill up this request form and send it to specialist@raffleshospital.com and medication will be sent to your doorstep.
Request made between Monday to Friday before 4.00pm will be delivered within the next day. There will be no delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday. We deliver between 12.30pm to 9.00pm from Monday to Friday and 12.30pm to 5.00om on Saturday.
Deliveries can be made to the address specified by you, home or office (anywhere within Singapore). Deliveries should be received by the patient or an authorized person (aged 18 years and above). Personal identification is to be produced upon receipt of the prescription order from our delivery partner.
Our medication is checked and delivered in a sealed package to you. If you detect any signs that the parcel has been torn or tampered with, please do not accept it.
Deliveries are FREE for medication bills that are more than $150 (including GST). A fee of $9 (not inclusive of GST) will be levied for medication bills that are less than $150 (including GST).
Payments are to be made upon deliveries. You can choose from any of the following modes of payment: cash, credit card or cheque.
